Attorneys for Texas death row prisoner Henry “Hank” Skinner have written to Governor Rick Perry requesting a 30-day reprieve from his scheduled execution date of March 24, and DNA testing which Skinner and his attorneys say will prove that he is not guilty of murdering his girlfriend and her two sons in 1993. Although DNA evidence was collected at the murder site, Texas for years rejected requests to have it tested.
