Florida Innocence Commission Created to Prevent Wrongful Convictions

The state of Florida has more death row exonerees than any other state -- 23 -- and several of its prisoners were freed as a result of DNA evidence. A new Florida Innocence Commission has been created to prevent future wrongful convictions in all criminal cases.
