Clinton Lee Young was sentenced to death in 2003 for the 2001 murders of Doyle Douglas and Samuel Petrey.
Mr. Young maintains his innocence. Poor police investigation, lost evidence, false testimonies, ballistic results, and other issues outlined here bring into question the fairness of Clinton's trial. Most notably, two of the four men present at the crime recanted their testimony. These two were given secret plea deals and presented perjured testimony. One of the involved men bragged that he was the actual killer while he was in custody. For more information and to read Mr. Young's writing: http://www.saveaninnocentlife.com/.
