Ivan Teleguz was sentenced to death in 2006 for the 2001 murder of Stephanie Sipe.
Mr. Teleguz was convicted of murder for hire and faces the death penalty, while Michael Hetrick, who actually committed the murder, was sentenced to life in prison.
