UPDATE 12-31-2018: The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has stayed the execution of Juan Castillo to review claims of false testimony. His execution has not yet been rescheduled. Note that Bexar County has secured the third most death-penalty sentences out of all of Texas' counties.
