The Death Penalty within a Broader Social Justice Movement
Abolitionists have more in common with their peers in other social justice movements than they might know. Whether the movement is womens health care, labor rights, environmental racism, the rights of children or the expanding prison-industrial complex, each movement has something in common. It is expanding its reach and building bridges to natural allies by working within a general human rights complex for the betterment of all who live on this planet.
